Our digitized holdings include a variety of materials, such as yearbooks, football programs, 19th-century student registers and alumni lists, and audiovisuals, with newspapers, course catalogs, scrapbooks, and photo albums and images to come soon.
The Image collection documents life on campus from the late 1890s through the digital age, with the majority of its photographs and negatives dating to the 1950s-1980s time period.
Newspapers & Publications
The University Archives maintains a collection of newspapers, magazines, journals, and newsletters that have been published by students, faculty, staff, and alumni since the nineteenth century.
Theses and Books
The University Archives is the official repository for all Tulane Honors and Masters theses and doctoral dissertations, which are non-circulating.
University Records and Archives
Our holdings include all types of material that document the history and operation of the university, such as old students transcripts, faculty biographical information sheets, matriculates ledgers, the Presidents Records Group, departmental records, and audiovisual materials.
These are ephemeral files that contain information about the people, places, and events which have shaped Tulane’s history.
